Dr. Reba Goodman is a full professor of Columbia University, USA. She  received her BAin Botany and Zoology from Indiana University (1949) and MA and Ph.D in Genetics from Columbia University (1955). Her research on the interaction mechanism of ELF EMF with cells and tissues has been funded by National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, Robert I Goodman Fund, Heiniken Foundation. EPRI. She has been a Professor in the Pathology Department at Columbia University since 1961. Professor Goodman has published approximately 300 papers in various international journals, including Science and The Proceedings of the National Academy USA. She was selected by the Journalism Department at New York University as the outstanding female scientist in 2008 and they featured this award in a special edition of their newspaper.
