Qi-Shi Du
Dr. Qi-Shi Du got his Ph.D. degree in 1998 from University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and M.Sc. degree from Laurencian University in 1995, Canada. Since 1998 he had worked in University of Montreal and National Research Council Canada (NRC) as a Postdoctoral and Research Assistant for 5 years. Since 2002 he came back to China and had worked in Tianjin Normal University and Guangxi University as a professor.

Currently he is working in State Key Laboratory of Non-food Biomass Energy and Enzyme Technology, and National Engineering Research Center for Non-food Biorefinery, Guangxi Academy of Sciences as a Senior Researcher. Science 2003 Dr. Qi-Shi Du has been a Senior Investigator of Gordon Life Science Institute, and nearly 30 research articles were published in collaboration with Pref. Kuo-Chen Chou. Currently his research interest is in the structure-based drug design and protein engineering for biomass energy.
